FAQ
What is The Boat Concierge?
The Boat Concierge is a Sarasota, Florida-based business that—simply put—helps you have more fun on your boat.
Lifelong Southwest Florida fisherman, Capt. Gabriel Lippert, has hand-selected a team of Sarasota/Bradenton’s most knowledgeable and dependable boating professionals to manage, on your behalf, the many not-so-fun parts of boat ownership, including prepping, cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and transporting.
When Do you handle the Return
to Dock services?
All Return to Dock services are performed at the point of your return. Hop off your boat, hand us the keys, and we’ll flush the engine while it’s still warm, prep your fish while they’re still more than fresh, and rinse your boat and gear free of the harsh saltwater. Delivery of your gear and prepared/bagged/labeled fish to your designated location is also available on request.
What if I want a boat-related service that I don’t see listed on your website?
Just give us a call or send us a message via the contact form here on our site. We aim to be your #1 trusted source for all things boat and will absolutely help you if we can.
How do I pay for The Boat Concierge's services?
We offer a secure online payment option for your convenience.
For ongoing services, invoices will be sent via email with payment terms included. For one-time or periodic services (including guide services), payment is due within 24 hours of service completion.
What is required to book services with The Boat Concierge?
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The balance will be paid in full onsite during the scheduled service or trip. (Payments via credit or debit card only.)
What is your cancellation policy?
